R.A.D® aims to ensure next-level customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for an exchange or refund. 

  • Returns should be made within 14 days of order.

  • The returned item(s) must be unworn and in new condition. Items must be returned in their original shoe box. 

  • Footwear & Apparel can be exchanged once for FREE. 

  • Footwear & Apparel returns will incur a handling fee of $7 - this will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount. 

  • Socks cannot be returned.

  • US Minor Outlying Islands will incur a $25 return handling fee 

  • Allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed.

  • The order number attached to your email confirmation
  • The zip code that was used for your delivery address

First pair of R.A.Ds?
If you are purchasing your first pair of R.A.Ds you are eligible for an extended 30 day return policy from delivery - no questions asked. Applicable once per model of shoe. Applied automatically.
