First pair of R.A.Ds?
If you are purchasing your first pair of R.A.Ds you are eligible for an extended 30 day return policy from delivery - no questions asked. Applicable once per model of shoe. Applied automatically, available only to orders made on the US or UK site.
US Orders
To start your return, head to our returns portal https://rad-global.com/returns and include the following information:
- The order number attached to your email confirmation (including RAD.US.).
- The zip code that was used for your shipping address.
Key information:
- Returns will incur a handling fee of $7 - this will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount.
- All returns should be made within 14 calendar days of delivery, with the returned items being unworn and in new condition
- Stock for exchanges aren't reserved until after a return has been processed by our warehouse team

UK Orders
To start your return for UK orders, head to our returns portal:
https://uk.rad-global.com/returns and include the following information:
The order number attached to your email confirmation (including RAD.UK.)
The postcode that was used for your delivery address
EU Orders
To start a return for EU orders, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details.
Key information:
UK returns will incur a restocking fee of £4.99 – this will be automatically deducted from your refund.
EU returns will incur a 7€ restocking fee.
All returns should be made within 14 calendar days of delivery, with the returned items being unworn and in new condition.
Stock for exchanges isn’t reserved until after a return has been processed by our warehouse team.

CA Orders
To start your return, please email [email protected] and include the following information:
- The order number attached to your email confirmation (including RAD.CA.).
- The postal code that was used for your delivery address
- Specify whether you want an exchange or a refund

- Returns will incur a handling fee of $15 - this will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount.
- All returns should be made within 14 calendar days of delivery, with the returned items being unworn and in new condition
- Stock for exchanges aren't reserved until after a return has been processed by our warehouse team
