First-time buyers of the R.A.D® ONE V2 or R.A.D® R-1 are eligible for an extended
30-day return policy from the date of delivery , no questions asked.
- Applicable once per shoe model
- Applied automatically at checkout
- Available for US or UK customers only
US Orders
To start your return, head to our returns portal https://rad-global.com/returns
Key information:
- Returns will incur a handling fee of $7 - this will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount.
- All returns should be made within 14 calendar days of delivery, with the returned items being unworn and in new condition
- Stock for exchanges aren't reserved until after a return has been processed by our warehouse team
UK Orders
To start your return for UK orders, head to our returns portal:

- UK returns will incur a £4.99 restocking fee
- All returns should be made within 14 calendar days of delivery, with the returned items being unworn and in new condition.

- The postal code that was used for your delivery address
