To get the shoes looking fresh again we suggest the following:

R.A.D® Ones (V2) : 

1. Remove Insole
2. Tie the shoes inside a pillow case
3. Wash on a cold wash (30°C/ 86°F) with a tiny amount of detergent
4. Leave to air dry 

 However this should be kept to as few washes as possible to prolong the life of the shoe.

R1's (Runners):

If you *must* put them in the washing machine, please follow these steps 

1. Remove Insole
